After receiving his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Iowa in 2000, “Dr. Tony” obtained his certificate in the specialty of Pediatric Dentistry from the University of Alabama Birmingham College of Dentistry and Birmingham Children’s Hospital. Following the completion of his residency program, Dr. Hernandez moved back to Wisconsin, where he was born and raised.
Since returning to Wisconsin in 2004, Dr. Tony enjoys all the City of Madison has to offer. Dr. Tony enjoys the outdoors and the many activities the seasonal Wisconsin weather allows.
Professionally, Dr. Tony is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. He is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the Wisconsin Dental Association, and the Dane County Dental Society.
Through continuing education courses around the country, he has kept up with the advances in techniques and technology in the specialty of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Tony’s passion for providing the best possible experience to each child is contagious. He and his staff look forward to the privilege of caring for your child.
